The promise customers actually want

What a customer wants to hear is simple: if it comes back, will you? Every other detail of a pest control quote is secondary to that, and it is the one most companies leave vague.

Answering it clearly is a competitive advantage rather than a risk. A stated return window with stated limits reads as confidence. 'We'll see' reads as an escape route.

Conditions have to be ones people can meet

Some conditions are entirely fair — following the preparation advice, reporting within the window rather than six months later. Those are reasonable and worth stating.

Conditions that effectively void the promise are worse than having no promise, because the customer only discovers them at the point they need help. If a condition exists mainly to give you a way out, take it out.

What cannot be guaranteed

This tool will not write a guarantee of eradication, or a promise that pests will not return, and it refuses if asked. Neither is something any operator can honestly promise — reinfestation from a neighboring property is not a failure of your work.

It also will not describe the customer's statutory rights, which exist independently of whatever your policy says and cannot be excluded in many places. Describe what your business commits to doing. That is the part you control, and the part worth putting in writing.
