Headline generator
The first line people read, in a few versions worth testing.
Most people read this line and nothing else
Whatever else is on the page, the headline is what decides whether any of it gets read. Treating it as decoration above the real content is backwards — it is the content, and everything below is supporting material for people already interested.
That is why it is worth generating a dozen and picking one, rather than writing the first thing that comes to mind and moving on to the parts that feel more like work.
What works for a trade
Say the outcome, not the service. 'Hot water back the same day' works considerably harder than 'water heater replacement services', because it names what the person actually wants at the moment they are searching.
Add the place when it is genuinely useful. Someone with no hot water is looking for somebody nearby, and a town name in the headline answers that before they have to ask.
Testing them honestly
The reliable test is not which one you like. Show three to somebody outside the trade, ask what the business does and who it is for, and see which one they answer fastest.
Beware of clever. A headline that needs a second read to be understood has already lost the person who was going to call.
