FAQ generator
The questions you answer on the phone all day, answered once.
The questions you already answer daily
Every trade business answers the same handful of questions on the phone all day: what does it cost to come out, how soon can you get here, do I need to be in, do you take card. An FAQ is just those answers written down once.
Done properly it does two jobs — it saves the calls that were only ever questions, and it filters the ones that were never going to book. Both are worth having.
Use the words customers use
Write the question the way it gets asked, not the way you would phrase it. People search 'how much to unblock a drain', not 'drainage service pricing structure'. Matching the real phrasing is also what gets these pages picked up in search.
Answer directly and immediately. An FAQ answer that takes three sentences to reach the point has failed at the one thing it was for.
Where this stops
The answers describe how your business works — prices, availability, areas, payment, access. This generator will not answer technical, safety or code questions on your behalf, and refuses if asked.
That matters more than it sounds. 'Can I run that off an existing circuit?' or 'is it safe to leave it until Monday?' are questions whose answers depend on a property somebody has actually looked at. An FAQ that answers them confidently, in writing, on your website, is a liability wearing a helpful hat.
