Customer persona generator
The customer you want more of, described well enough to target.
One useful persona beats five
The failure mode is producing a folder of personas with names and hobbies that nobody ever opens again. One persona describing the customer you actually want more of, with what makes them call and what worries them, changes how you write and quote.
If it does not change anything you do, it is decoration. That is the test.
The trigger is the valuable part
People live with a bad shower for a year and then call on a Tuesday. Understanding what happened on that Tuesday is worth more than knowing their age or income, because it tells you what your marketing has to catch.
For most trade work the trigger is either embarrassment, escalation, or a deadline someone else set — guests coming, damage spreading, a sale falling through.
What a persona is not
This is an illustrative composite built from what you entered. It is not research, and it will not be presented as a finding — nobody surveyed anybody. Treating it as fact is how businesses talk themselves into confident decisions on invented evidence.
It also will not segment by protected characteristics. The useful detail is situation and behavior, which is both safer and more predictive.
