Trade business plan generator
A plan a bank manager would read, without the MBA words.
Shorter than you think
A trade business plan does not need forty pages. What it needs is a clear account of what the business does, who pays for it, what it costs to run, what the money actually did last year, and what changes next.
Length is often a substitute for clarity. A lender reading twelve of these a week will find a short honest one more convincing than a long padded one.
Real numbers, and only real numbers
This generator will not invent figures or produce projections presented as forecasts, and it refuses if asked. It works from what you enter — if you do not know your overheads, the plan will be honest about that instead of filling the gap.
That is not a limitation to work around. A plan containing numbers you cannot defend is worse than no plan, particularly in a room where somebody will ask about them.
Before it goes to a lender
If this is for finance, have an accountant read it. Lenders want figures presented in ways this cannot know about, and the plan is usually judged alongside filed accounts that have to agree with it.
Use this to get your thinking in order and your own numbers on one page. That is genuinely most of the work, and it is the part nobody can do for you.
